Recordings on 01 04 2024 at Rainbow Records Newark, DE - Bedside Manor, Bochek, Kobika

Show Flyer by Lucy @videlectronixsuperstore Hi all!! A backlog recording from 2024! Exciting!! This show was SO SO SO packed. It was extremely hot inside and it was extremely freezing outside that day. It makes sense!! This was an EXTREMELY STACKED show!! Bedside Manor and Bochek (both from Rhode Island!) were on their Mystery Crush Tour, and this was the first of four shows.  Tour flyer by Ed @edheadway (me!) Bedside Manor played first and I am of course, deeply biased about them, as my friend (and probably your friend too!) Staci is the lead singer. It's always very wild to watch my friends perform. When talking about friends' bands, I always say that if I know someone personally before I hear their album, I suddenly am unable to listen to their bands' recordings as the whole time my brain is just like 'well that's my nice friend. i know who that is.' (ex: any band Diego is in, Khaki Cuffs, etc. etc.) This is to say that I thankfully can go to live performance...

Recordings on 12 3 2023 at Squeezebox Records Wilmington, DE - Perennial, QuickChange!

Flyer by @swnhrtvisuals Hi all! This show was So So So So So fun I LOVE Perennial and can recommend a million times that you should go see them live if you can. I am always amazed at their ability to get an energy going IMMEDIATELY upon starting their set. One of the things I extremely remember about this set was two of my friends arrived slightly late and missed Perennial's set and they were Deeply Devastated. Such is the curse of a two band show with no punk time, alack, alas. Perennial recently got a new drummer, and I'm excited to get the chance to see how his presence influences the show! You should check out their new release Lemon on Plastic EP . But, I will admit, my favorite album of theirs has to be In The Midnight Hour . You really can't go wrong with Perennial no matter what though! Any band on this recording, let me know if you'd like me to take your portion down! Otherwise, please enjoy this set! I recommend you check out the mp3 files & of course if ...

Recordings on 12 21 2023 at Squeezebox Records Wilmington, DE - Death by Indie, Sensor Ghost

Flyer by Diego Romero-Aros   Hi all!! Working on that beautiful beautiful backlog still. This show was a lot of fun!! I of course always love every Death by Indie set I go to (I've had to space out recordings specifically so I don't release three DBI shows in a row, ha). Also, Sensor Ghost had SUCH a great energy!! I had heard a lot of good things about Sensor Ghost from my friends Staci & Diego, but hadn't gotten the chance to listen to any of their recordings before the set. & what a great set!!!! Listening back to it, I'm still so enamored with Sensor Ghost's sound. Their album Sensor Ghost is such a perfect capture of how they sound live, which I adore. The set & this album both start with the same track, The Dumb and Hateful Thumb , which makes it really easy to compare them for fun & whimsy's sake, try it out! :3 Any band on this recording, let me know if you'd like me to take your portion down! Otherwise, please enjoy this set! I rec...

Recordings on 11 24 2023 at Jupiter Records Wilmington, DE - QuickChange!, Mechanical Canine, Septic

Flyer by Diego Romero-Aros This was the QuickChange! Lip Service EP release show! Also my friend Diego's (who made the flyer & put together the show!) birthday was iirc the day before so we're counting it as a birthday show. I was late so the QuickChange! set is only a partial recording. Also, the Mechanical Canine set is much louder than the other two, so don't blast yours ears too hard with it. Had a really great time afterwards hanging out with Mechanical Canine and learned one of the band members helped create the We Are Number One frenzy that helped me become re-obsessed with Lazy Town in high school (no joke!). Wild to be able to say to someone a piece of work they created legit changed the course of your life!! Surreal. Also got to teach the nice members extremely way too much about the Monkees. Many such cases. Anyways, this show was really fun & I'm glad that I made it out!  Any band on this recording, let me know if you'd like me to take your por...

Recordings on 12 2 2023 at Free Parking Newark, DE - Friend, Shid

Flyer by @swnhrtvisuals First uploaded recording to this site from the venue Free Parking!! If y'all haven't been to a Free Parking show yet you have to make it out. This set had WILD energy. So many people I knew were so hype to see  Friend & Shid & when I saw them I absolutely understood the hype. Iirc this was also the show one of my friends broke their nose in the pit, brutal. There was a Death by Indie set on this show, but I unfortunately missed it. Any band on this recording, let me know if you'd like me to take your portion down! Otherwise, please enjoy this set! & of course if you have any issues downloading the files please reach out!& as a final note, any editing I do is just to cut out portions of talking, so while the audio levels will be consistent within recordings they may vary from track to track.  Download the recordings here!

Recording on 01 12 2024 at Logan House Wilmington, DE - Death by Indie

Flyer by Mike Edwards of Death by Indie Hi all, I'm working on uploading my backlog of shows!! Starting the backlog off with a show that I only managed to catch the last set of. I didn't plan on going out that night & ended up going out solely because Declan of Death by Indie made a joke that they'd be doing a Monkees Cover Set (I somehow did not consider this could be a joke until I was Out Of The House). This worked out just fine. The show was great & it's always better to see people than to stay cooped up inside. As before, the mp3 files have better metadata & the wav files are just larger. Happy listening!! Download the Recordings Here!

Recordings on 03 01 2024 at Rainbow Records Newark, DE - Luxury Skin, Slow Burning Daydream, Knuckle Deep, Death by Indie

Hi all! I've been making recordings at local shows using my tascam for the longest time, but never could figure out a good way to publish these sets. Any band on this recording, let me know if you'd like me to take your portion down! Otherwise, please enjoy this set! I have an mp3 version (better metadata, including album art and better file size) but I've also uploaded the original wav files. I'm going to try just recording mp3 files from here on out, as the file sizes are somewhat out of control. We'll see!! & of course if you have any issues downloading the files please reach out!
